IT Outsource Franchise Model
In a service system, the franchisee pays the franchisor
fees for use of the system, trademark and recruitment system
that it integrates with the education network. The franchisee
also pays for technology and HIPAA compliance maintenance
across the network.
In a transcription services system, a franchisee
pays the franchisor for the following:
1. Operations manual
2. TASP
3. Hardware sourcing
4. Software configuration
5. Sales and marketing system
6. Subcontracting agreement
The franchisor shall create its revenues in the
following manner:
• Setup of the production centers
• Reselling of technology used in each center
• Technical maintenance fees
• Quality assurance services to the entire franchise
network
The franchisor has the responsibility to do the
following:
• Monitor HIPAA Compliance
• Update network on latest technologies
• Act on behalf of US partners to monitor quality
• Disseminate information on the latest
trends in the industry
A master franchise holder’s responsibility is to act
in behalf of the mother franchise holder at the Philippines.
