MTCA Employment / Subcontractor Program MTCA Alumnae

1. PLACEMENT -
    We offer job placement to all MTC graduates. We continue to place them for as long as      they need our support. Once a student takes the final examination, he or she will be      placed in our master database for mass marketing to numerous MT companies looking      for MTs to work in-house or on a subcontractual basis.

2. LIFETIME INCLUSION IN ALL SEARCHES -
    All alumnae are included in an open database where employers may view the MTs      credentials and invite them for possible employment.

3. PRIVACY OF YOUR INFORMATION -
    All identifiable information is kept strictly confidential for all profiles until the prospective      MT agrees to open his or her file to the MTSO.

FOR NON MTCA Alumnae
    Non MTCA Alumnae may also be part of our database and be marketed to hundreds of      MTSO at no cost or obligation to you. All it takes is a simple profiling test that you can      take from several locations.

    All MTs who pass the profiling exam are included in our free marketing program where      MT Service Providers and Practitioners alike may invite the MT for direct employment or      subcontractual work.

    The main difference between an MTCA alumnae and a non-MTCA alumnae profiled MT is      that MTCA alumnae can take the test for up to 5 times. Non-MTCA alumnae may only be      profiled free of charge for the first time.
